Returns and Exchanges
Return
You have the right to return the products you ordered from miniscúle by ebrar as of the delivery date within 14 days with the invoice providing that they are unused.
You have to notify us and specify your order number at hello@minisculebyebrar.com to initiate the return process during this period.
After you product is received by miniscúle by ebrar, it is checked for eligibility conditions for returning process. The amount is refunded within 14 days after the confirmation notification is sent to your e-mail address.
Exchange
You have the right to exchange the products you ordered from miniscúle by ebrar as of the delivery date within 14 days with the invoice providing that they are unused.
You have to notify us and specify your order number at hello@minisculebyebrar.com to initiate the exchange process during this period.
Exchange process can only be made in the same model products as of size changes. It is unfortunately not possible to exchange with a different product.
